Saint Paul Spice Company is working towards being a zero waste company. By composting our production waste, and purchasing materials locally, we are limiting our carbon footprint. As citizens of Saint Paul, we are fortunate to live in a city that features vibrant farmer’s markets that showcase the plentiful array of agricultural products Minnesota is known for. Many of our ingredients are sourced from these markets. We are all gardeners. As such, the rich soil beneath our feet grows many of the peppers featured in our sauces. Seeking to be a good neighbor, Saint Paul Spice Company is charity focused and supports many local causes relating to hunger, environmental stewardship, and fostering economic opportunities for all.

Saint Paul Spice Company is made up of 5 creative partners that seek to experiment with flavors both traditional and unexpected. The Company’s Pilot Batch Label is where you’ll find new, limited edition, micro-batch sauces that are being work-shopped. After recipes are dialed in, many Pilot Batch sauces graduate to their own label. Past graduates include the fan favorites Jerkish, GGG, and Angry Pineapple. Other seasonal specialties like Pilot Batches Summer Heat and Summer Sweet make a few appearances before disappearing into local legend. Keep your eyes open for the blue plane label so you can see what the team is up to and see if there’s a Pilot Batch for you!
